LeaseUp is a game-changing platform that is transforming the way brokers engage with their clients. With its state-of-the-art commercial real estate (CRE) deal platform, brokers can effortlessly navigate from initial survey to property tours and finally to signature, providing clients with a contemporary and pleasant experience.

We had the privilege of spearheading the creation of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for LeaseUp. After carefully validating the concept and establishing market demand, we proceeded to further develop and design the platform with meticulous attention to detail.

In order to initiate the design process for Leaseup, we conducted a thorough analysis of how brokers, agents, and clients interact with the site. We meticulously mapped out their journey, ensuring that every step of the process, from browsing available opportunities to signing lease agreements for commercial real estate spaces, was seamless and intuitive.

Our goal was to create an experience that allows users to easily find what they're looking for and complete their tasks efficiently and effectively.

Our team has created a highly streamlined and intuitive interface that empowers brokers to seamlessly post property listings for their clients to peruse. Once a listing is up, potential buyers can easily review the details and determine whether the property suits their needs. If they have any questions or need more information, they can simply request it through the platform. And if they're truly interested, they can even schedule a tour to see the property in person. This system allows for a much smoother and more efficient process for everyone involved, saving time and hassle for all parties.
