THE CHALLENGE

After being acquired, Dealtable underwent a thorough redesign with the goal of creating an exceptional sales engagement platform for mergers and acquisitions from the ground up. The industry is saturated with jargon and competition, so our primary objective was to provide this application with a unique and memorable user experience. However, the real challenge was in creating a seamless website that effectively showcases the platform's user-friendliness and benefits, all while encompassing every aspect of DealTable's capabilities. We wanted to ensure that users could easily navigate the site and discover all of the features and benefits that our platform has to offer. With this redesign, we aimed to create a truly outstanding sales engagement platform that stands out in a crowded market.

THE Approach

Our primary goal when creating the website was to capture the essence and personality of our brand while providing a platform that would impart valuable information to potential corporate buyers. Despite the complexity of the subject matter, we were able to simplify the organizational structure to cater to the average user. Through the use of a streamlined user experience, we were able to simplify the flow, minimize the color palette, and highlight features that outperformed our DealTable competitors. Our design was carefully crafted to convey a traditional feel that would instill a sense of confidence and trust in our audience. By striking a balance between form and function, we were able to create a website that was both informative and aesthetically pleasing.

THE Solution

Over the past few years, the virtual deal room (VDR) has garnered immense popularity, gradually replacing the conventional paper-based data room that was once the norm for significant transactions. Thanks to its numerous advantages, the virtual deal room has now become the preferred choice for M&A due diligence and post-merger integration, providing a simplified and streamlined approach to collaboration that speeds up processes while maximizing deal value.

At our company, we have taken things a step further by creating an innovative and incredibly versatile platform for Dealtable, a SaaS application designed to streamline the often-complicated process of mergers and acquisitions. With this platform, our customers can experience unparalleled efficiency and convenience as they navigate the intricacies of high-stakes transactions, enabling them to make informed decisions and close deals with ease.
