THE CHALLENGE
The process of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) transactions is often prolonged, involving numerous parties, a multitude of documents and surveys, an extensive checklist, and a lack of a central hub to oversee the deal's progress.
THE Approach
The product design was guided by four important adjectives: clean, iterative, reusable, and professional. These principles were the foundation for the entire process, from the initial sketch on paper to version 2. Each update was carefully crafted and rigorously tested, setting the stage for future iterations.
THE Solution
Our team has created a user-friendly and organized design that enables real estate experts to establish a systematic project portfolio. This feature enables users to monitor the deal's progress and identify the remaining tasks in each phase. Additionally, our application comes with a security feature that restricts access to specific documents based on the user's role in the transaction. This feature ensures that users are directed to the most relevant items, facilitating a faster deal closure.
