In 2019, a company named Vyvant Research underwent a transformation and emerged as Gotama. Their aim was to make a positive impact on people's health and well-being. As a partner of theirs in the following year, we worked together to improve their branding and expand their reach across the country. Their dedication to promoting healthy living is truly admirable, and we are proud to have played a role in helping them achieve their goals.

THE Approach
Our approach started with prioritizing the user experience, and then we dove into a comprehensive discovery phase. We developed user flows, personas, and high-fidelity wireframes to ensure that we had a solid foundation before moving forward. In tandem, we focused on refreshing the brand's position and name, which entailed creating a new logo, wordmark, trade dress, and brand guidelines. These elements were crucial in establishing a solid brand identity that would resonate with the target audience.
With the groundwork in place, we shifted our attention to the user interface (UI) design phase. We conducted UI design workshops to align the color system, look, and feel with the new product line. This phase was instrumental in helping us map out product releases and rollouts, ensuring that everything was cohesive and consistent.
Once the UI was established, we worked backward to position the marketing side and built all the e-commerce templates for Shopify. This involved creating the necessary headless API connections to ensure everything was seamlessly integrated. We then completed the prototyping phase and swiftly moved into development. We combined the VueStore front with a cutting-edge progressive web app (PWA) stack, which included a drag-and-drop page builder and custom backend integrations.
Our approach was meticulous and focused on every detail, from the user experience to the backend integrations. We prioritized a seamless experience for the users and the branding, ensuring everything was aligned and consistent throughout the process.
Before the launch, we collaborated closely with the Gotama team to create social media headers, post templates, email signatures, and a newsletter that they can utilize to promote the new launch with a consistent appearance, brand, and tone. Brand, and fashion.
THE Solution
Cartisien, a team of skilled professionals, was responsible for the development of a bespoke website for Gotama. The website was designed to mirror Gotama's branding, positioning, and design, and was tailored to meet their specific needs. As part of the project, Cartisien created a custom headless Shopify solution, ensuring that the Shopify platform could be seamlessly integrated into their content management system. This solution not only made it easier for Gotama to manage their online store, but also provided a more streamlined and efficient experience for their customers. Overall, Cartisien's expertise and attention to detail resulted in a successful project that exceeded Gotama's expectations.
